The Middle Eastern dishes are served side by side with Western delights, but the real treat here is the homemade food the owners prepare ahead of time.
Fahoum Restaurant Nazareth
Restaurant, Middle Eastern 303 Casa Nova St
This modern and clean restaurant, located near the Basilica of the Annunciation, serves excellent food and outshines its neighboring Nazareth restaurants. You can have a light meal by ordering some of the traditional Arab salads. The restaurant is best known for meats cooked over a wood fire, and for its authentic lamb ribs. Try the shishlik (cubes of meat on the skewer); the boneless fried chicken in lemon garlic or the great kababs (skewered ground meat). The oldest restaurant in town, Fahoum is spacious and a smart choice for a satisfying meal.
Diana Resturant NazarethDiana Resturant Nazareth

Restaurant, Middle Eastern Paul VI St
One of the more stylish restaurants in town, Diana has a menu filled with unusual Arab specialties. Merry Land Restaurant Nazareth
Restaurant, Middle Eastern Afula Rd. Nazareth
This informal and pleasant restaurant is located on the southern edge of town. The menu includes an array of Middle Eastern salads followed by grilled meats and French fries, but the interesting house specialty is a small whole pressed chicken seasoned with sumac and cooked over an open fire.
La Fontana di Maria Resturant Nazareth
Restaurant, Middle Eastern Ma’ayan Center
To the right of Mary’s well, located inside a Turkish khan with high vaulted ceilings, this is another classy sit-down restaurant with a fine menu. House specialties include steak, kebab, Cornish hen, specialty soups and salads.
Pollmondo Resturant Nazareth
Restaurant-bar, Middle Eastern Basilica of Annunciation
Pollmondo, located in the center of Nazareth, offers guests a very pleasant atmosphere, food that combines tastes from the East and from the West, all at comfortable prices. The stuffed lamb is fabulous, but truth be told, Pollmondo’s meat menu is one of the best in town. Those in the mood for Seafood have a pleasing selection as well.
Andrin Resturant NazarethAndrin Resturant Nazareth

Cafe-bar, Middle Eastern Frank Sinatra building
This quaint restaurant, located in the Frank Sinatra building, is known for its excellent alcohol and fusion kitchen, which blends French and Latin tastes, with authentic Arab additions. Labane and homemade cheeses, fresh vegetables from the nearby shuk, quality meat and a lot of imagination have created great meals. Its special design allows it to transform easily to the liveliest of Nazareth bars: although during the day it is “only” a classy restaurant, at night an active bar emerges, with great live music.
