From Tel Aviv to Nazareth by Car
The best way to get from Tel Aviv to Nazareth by car is to take the costal road (route number 2) heading north. You can either take the Caesarea exit and follow the signs to Afula (Route 65). When you get to Afula take route 60 that will take you all the way to Nazareth.
The other option is to get out in the Zichron Yaakov exit and follow route 70 all the way to Yokneam where he meets with route 722. From there you will be able to follow the signs to Nazareth, after a few km you will meet with route 75 that will take you straight to Nazareth.
From Jerusalem to Nazareth by Car
You have to options to get from Jerusalem to Nazareth by car. The first is to drive all the way to Tel Aviv and from there to follow the same instrctions as above.
The second is to take the Jerusalem Tel Aviv road (Route number 1) and to take the toll road number 6 heading north. Take the Um El Phahem/Afula exit and follow the signs to Afula. From there take route 60 straight up to Nazareth.
From Haifa to Nazareth by Car
The easiest way to get from Haifa to Nazareth is to take the costal cost up the Haifa golf till the Check Post junction. From there pick Route 75 all the way to Nazareth.
